Calling all librarians! What is the strangest thing you've ever found in the book return bin? Today was our last day of school and after lunch, some 8th grade boys returned a book that one of them had lost & paid for earlier in the year. Between the pages was a treasure trove of pepperoni, ketchup, napkins, etc. When asked, they told me it was a collaborative "legacy" they'd been working on all week.
Gotta love middle school.
